We offer a wide variety of panel types to best meet your needs and applications.
We are able to manufacture freezers, refrigerators and thawing systems according to customers’ requirements. No caulking is required between panels, so they can be dismantled and relocated easily.
Superior Thermal-Insulation Performance and Unique Construction Method
The edges of surface materials such as colored steel plates are U-folded to increase strength, surrounded by resin frame materials, and then rigid urethane is injected into the inners. The rigid urethane core material has excellent heat-insulation properties and is suitable for locations where there is a temperature difference between inside and outside. It also has excellent sound-insulation properties.
From Small-sized Set Series to Large-sized Factories, Refrigerators and Freezers.
Prefabricated panels are manufactured in bulk at our own factory, and are used in many facilities that require cleanliness and temperature control, such as food processing factories, large-sized frozen and refrigerated storage facilities, and distribution centers. Our small-sized set series also includes refrigerators and freezers ranging from 1.65㎡ to 9.9㎡ in space, and is suitable for storing various frozen meat, frozen fish, and frozen processed products that require complete low-temperature control to satisfy our customers’ needs.
Sanitary Clean Panels
In HACCP-Compliant food factories, every one of our sanitary clean panels is highly suitable as an interior material, say a hygienic clean panel, that prevents refuse from accumulating. It also has excellent heat-insulation properties, making it easy to control temperatures in large food factories.
Stainless-Steel Door/Latch (w/ Emergency Dual Escape Device)
The most fragile parts of all doors are their latch handles. They must be durable and robust to withstand long-term use. For this reason, every FS panel uses a strong door latch made of pressed stainless-steel plate. For safety, the door is equipped with a double structure: a door release rod to open the door from inside the chamber (with anti-condensation measures applied on) and an emergency escape device.

We manufacture panels (by doing every process from panel-face-materials-processing to urethane-injection and finishing) at our own factory, so we can handle customized-processing as well.In addition, our panel-making technology itself follows the reliable technology of Hitachi Della Building’s. Plus, we are proud to have produced a non-caulking products so far with a high excellency in thermal insulation properties.
