The unique shape of the Spiral-type Freezer makes it suitable to chill and/or freeze foods in a small space in its longitudinal direction.This freezer is also suitable for foods that require long time for get frozen. As shown in the photo, the net is neatly wound around the circumference of its drum, which stands vertically. So,the food-products are chilled/frozen slowly but steadily in a continuous chilling/freezing process while they spiral on the net from the bottom to the top or in the opposite direction over the required time.
Main Specifications
Mesh Belt
The net is driven by plastic gears, and a balanced net is used for smooth conveyance without chains and without meandering.
Net-Washing System
For washing the nets used in this freezer. The nets are washed and cleaned to keep its internal environment clean and sanitized.
Clean Panels on External Walls
These heat-insulating panels are made by sandwiching urethane foam, which is designed and manufactured with high precision, between steel plates.
