Since the passage of the revised Food Sanitation Law in June 2018, which includes the institutionalization of HACCP, greater emphasis has been placed on quality assurance and safety management as the environment surrounding our food industry.We, Freezer System, have been assisting in the construction of HACCP-Compliant food factories that can provide “Reliable Hygiene and Food Safety” since before the revised Food Sanitation Law was decided, and so we provide construction advice, designing, and construction work based on our accumulated know-how and expertise.

Our Dept. is the highly reliable construction team specializing in food-factory construction. We have construction sites all over Japan and know well the properties of every site. So, we construct food factories in careful consideration of the characteristics and circumstances of each site for our customers’ satisfaction.
In food-factory construction, there are always regulations and guidance associated with HACCP we must follow.In food factory construction, there are always regulations and guidance associated with HACCP we must follow.We’ve been accumulating construction achievements year after year, but to be honest, there have been several times in which we happened to make mistakes and caused inconvenience to some of our customers. However, we have worked highly diligently so far to correct every such mistake while proceeding construction and duly recorded in writing such mistakes as cases of troubles and/or complaints.We are working hard every day to incorporate not only our past successes but also our failures into our future construction plans as a great means of improvement to satisfy our customers’ needs.

Floor for Factory Visitors

Any HACCP-Compliant food factory must have an aisle for tours inside the factory, and its use is divided into the following two main purposes, so it is necessary to devise a way to show the details of the factory to such tours.

A) A floor where organizations and/or business persons related to food factories can visit.

Allow knowledgeable people or experts to visit even the preparation room, etc.

(B) Visiting floors for the general public, such as social tours by children or adults.

Make the processes easy-to-understand for non-experts to observe, etc.
